My main responsibilities as a Fieldforce Engineer are installation, maintenance and management of our client’s vast range of equipment such as; Servers, Cisco VOIP peripherals, including ATA modules, wireless access points, routers, Permanent Workstations, laptops, printers, print servers, wireless portable data terminals, fibre optic connections, Monitored UPS units, voice tie, cabling patching and network switches. Secondary responsibilities are Remote management of servers, workstations and printers, creating user accounts in AD, Updating and creating DNS records, DHCP reservations and checking Networking IP Scopes and troubleshooting minor network issues. I also engage with the Project Management Team and gather information for physical deployment to our clients’ sites.
