Responsible for the overall quality of the adult learning solutions at Wavelength, and for our end-to-end learning design process. Day-to-day I managed a multidisciplinary team of eight learning consultants and digital designers, advocated for our design practices across our creative studio, advised on larger projects and accounts, engaged with clients.

• Moved to Sydney to take up an exciting role; leading the design and development of learning initiatives to improve capability across IAG in ways that were linked to strategy, purpose and vision. It involved:
• Partnering with the business to understand how to lift peoples' capabilities.

• High-level design of innovative and engaging learning initiatives that leverage methods beyond traditional L&D.

• Worked as part of a small team with the big responsibility of shaping the learning experience for over 3,000 people at NZ's largest general insurer. Producing effective and engaging learning meant creatively combining.
• User-centred design to produce learning that meets learners' needs first and foremost.
• A systems-thinking approach to performance consulting to help people see the big picture and connect the dots.
• Developing learning material —from written material to e-learning, web, and video.
• Iterative design and development, with prototyping and user testing.
