CurrentHaving served over 10 years at Pacific in Operational Management, my challenge is now accelerating growth and managing the entire business portfolio - including IT and Audio Visual. I am heavily involved in senior management and executive level interaction. Serving as a senior partner to achieve the client's business objectives, and collaborating with them to create solutions that meet all facets of their strategic growth plans, I have a proud record of delivering innovative and successful improvements for all of our partnerships. I work to improve the management of our partnerships too, developing a sense of ownership and the ability to maintain effective relationships within the Pacific team. In the fields we work in of IT and Audio Visual, I have to ensure that as a company we are ready for the new technologies, and as a person I can bring the best current solutions to our clients as proposals. For the customer service we were founded on includes ensuring our clients can count on us to give them a competitive advantage through technology. Within the responsibilities of overall account management, account growth, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing employee recruitment and retention, I work to ensure that standards set in 1997 do not suffer. In leading, training, and mentoring Account and Project Managers, and focusing on developing the internal teams, I foster a culture of growth and development for the entire organisation.
