I began my career at Aon Hewitt in 2001 as a business analyst on the Daimler Chrysler team. Shortly thereafter I joined our sales organization and worked closely with a small team of colleagues to build and develop our outsourcing proposal database while managing large market RFPs. In 2003 I moved into a Sales Analyst position and provided strategic sales support to a team of sales executives in our Chicago office. In 2005 I further developed my marketing and communications skills to help launch Hewitt's Human Capital Foresight initiative and provide sales and marketing support to our Talent leadership team. In 2010 I returned to the proposal team to manage a team of colleagues who write and deliver RFPs for Aon's outsourcing clients. I have passion for creativity, writing and partnering with sales teams to expand our client base.
