I work with a range of customers, primarily in the office furniture and medical industries, to support in design for manufacture, engineer tooling and supply components. Global Concepts has a worldwide manufacturing supply base from the United States, Korea, Taiwan, and China with capabilities in aluminum and zinc die casting, machining, investment casting, plastic injection molding, steel fabrication, and light assembly. In conjunction we have an internal tool shop to fabricate tooling to support all of the above (dies, fixtures, etc.).Below are my roles and responsibilities:- Account Management and Business Development- Business Growth & Data Analytics- Point of contact with customers during engineering design phase and tool build- Prepare and communicate quotations and value streams with customers- Key role in production part approval process (PPAP)- Manage projects from initial quotation inquiry, through tool build, and into production

I worked alongside a team of managers helping to maintain the daily operations of Barrington Handicrafts’ Chinese factory. Barrington produces high end leather bags and small leather goods (www.barringtongifts.com).
