In addition to managing the Board Leadership Program, I acted as a cross-functional team member to identify strategic initiative opportunities and lead special project teams to develop new products and special programs.Notable Product Launches and Program Development:- FORGE, the Future of Responsibility, Governance and Ethics - a unique experiential learning and real-world knowledge sharing platform that empowers corporate leaders to drive integrity and innovation within their organizations. Insights from FORGE Roundtables are distilled to the boardroom audience through a mixed-media playbook.- Director Fundamentals Knowledge Center - provides directors with a multi-faceted learning experience through concise guidebooks and interactive training courses on essential board topics.

Responsible for the sales and management of NYSE Governance Services Board Leadership Program (BLP), which provides companies with a cost effective and proactive solution for addressing the need for continuing education for the board. Through NYSE Governance Services conferences, peer exchanges, webinars and exclusive online content members are able to take affirmative steps to ensure they are prepared to address emerging opportunities and challenges.
