Lead a new team within Notre Dame Athletics. A centralized, cross-functional team that supports all areas of Notre Dame Athletics including, but not limited to, revenue generation, business & finance, student-athlete well being and performance, and team performance.

School-facing analyst, consultant, jack of all trades. Develop dashboards, metrics and other deliverables on BI platform (Domo) for each individual Pac-12 school. Work directly with the school on a daily/weekly basis to increase revenue and reach through initiatives, strategic plan analysis, etc. Prepare and manage data from ticketing, fundraising, email marketing, CRM, social media, merchandise, academics (GPA, GSR, APR) using SQL. Create efficient analyses while thoughtfully laying out deliverables on a dashboard to be consumed on a desktop or mobile device. Liaison between the data, school analysts, directors and senior associates/ADs for each athletic department. I communicate insights effectively while helping the schools make timely decisions with a holistic view of their business.

Consult with clients on analytics strategy, adoption, and 3rd party data sources. Collaborate with clients to develop dashboards and reports based on a tailored analytics strategy. Act as a liaison with 3rd party companies downstream from the data warehouse. Provide training and knowledge transfer for PAC Analytics data models and schema. Troubleshoot and provide assistance with discrepancies in 3rd party queries. Work with development team to create more efficient ways to query data through new views or ETL development. Maintain requirements for master data management, consult with clients on expectations and changes. Manage development and implementation of advanced analytics platform for Beta client. Act as a sounding board for clients on job creation, resources, and analytics team dependencies.

Product manager for the Pac Analytics data warehouse, dashboards, and reporting platform. Act as a liaison between clients' data, reports, and visualizations. Consult on analytics strategy, data fluency, and integration between data sources. Educate clients on Pac Analytics, data standardization, and data quality.

Project manager for implementation of Pac Analytics data warehouse and automation between Paciolan, Salesforce, and Advance. Ensure mapping between all systems is accurate from the point of record to other systems. Manage users, training, and troubleshooting for Ticketing Intelligence, Salesforce, and eQuery. Created and enforce new data business rules for clean data and uniformity across customers and seasons.Administrator for Salesforce for 50 users in ticket sales & service and development offices. Data mine for leads and opportunities while auditing records to ensure accuracy from point of record. Create dashboards, reports, and campaigns related to 6 ticketed sports for daily users and the leadership team. Managed the implementation of automatic lead scoring in Salesforce through partnership with Turnkey Intelligence. Identified 6 data points in lead scoring that appear on every account that's been scored in Salesforce for a more detailed background on leads. Perform analysis on the secondary ticket sales market. Offer suggestions and insight into new prices for dynamically priced tickets. Create ad hoc report requests based on needs of the department using web-based reporting tools. Collaborate with Sales & Service leaders to communicate ticket sales growth, forecasting, and other deliverables. Created the first streamlined, user-friendly, comprehensive ticket sales reports for all ticketed sports - distributed on a daily basis, identified noticeable changes in sales.

Responsible for daily settlements of ticket revenue through Paciolan. Calculated commissions for 13+ Sales & Service account executives and customer service representatives. Reconciled all game day ticket sales revenue and deposits. Completed journal entries for inter-depatment and inter-campus ticket purchases. Administered taxation and business declaration on complimentary tickets for Football and Men's Basketball. Completed monthly reconciliations between Paciolan and the general ledger.

Assisted with 18-month long NCAA Division I recertification process, provided sub-committee reports for in-depth review of gender equity and minority and ethnicity policies in a 19-sport athletic department. Assisted with 2010 Academic Progress Rate Report, completed calculation for two sports. Researched potential major gift donors, provided reports and executive summaries to the Assistant Athletic Director for Development.

Managed day-of-game ticketing for Women’s Hockey box office, organized season-ticket mailing campaigns. Administered team pass lists in accordance with NCAA rules and regulations while monitoring adherence to NCAA, Conference and Northeastern University guidelines. Operated general Will Call for Men’s Basketball and Hockey. Administered Procurement Card statement reconciliation for eighteen sports, ensured compliance with department and University accounting standards, assist with semi-annual ProCard audits. Maintained and regularly updated budget database software for eighteen operating, recruiting, and restricted accounts.
