- Developed inventory systems for tracking products, client information and transactions by using Google Sheets and Google Apps Scripts. - Conducted sales and profit reports, product analysis and customer behavior analysis using Google Sheet, Tableau, and Python.- Applying machine learning to automatically suggest sizes for customers based on the input of their body type / measurements, the history of other brands' purchase, and other customers' sizing selections.

Highlights of the projects I worked on as lead/major team:- East Side Access (ESA) project by Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in New York City: investigated the impact of ESA on Grand Central Terminal(GCT), and outside by the street entrances, using analytical methods with Spreadsheets and the simulation modeling with STEPS program. - Inspired by the above ESA project and published a paper accepted for presentation in Institute of Transportation Engineers 2011- Ottawa Light Rail Stations Project: developed the simulation modeling, and examined the evacuation clearance time based on NFPA 130 standard.

Published two research papers accepted for publication in TRR Journal, 2007 and 2008.Presented in ITE conference, 2007. Scholarship from Women’s Transportation Seminar, 2008.
