Managing and coordinating the 4 offices 1800+ staffs in China. Setting the company target and strategy.Supervising the HR and Admin work in MDPI China.

-Oversee the sections and individual journals, advise section leaders and MEs about activities they could do to promote and grow the journals, take measures to ensure established journals continue to grow.-Advise section leaders on human resources and be responsible for ensuring proper training is provided to new staff-Supervise the launch of potential new titles to be added to their journal portfolio-Coordinate the organisation a few conferences for the journals in their portfolio-Travel to several scientific conferences every year to promote journals, and to professional publishing conferences to promote MDPI and make contacts with potential new customers for MDPI services, with University libraries to offer the membership program, or with renowned Professors to launch many new projects.

1. Acted as Managing Editor of scientific journals, such as Nutrients (SCIE), Foods, Micromachines (SCIE), Agriculture, Agrithms, Mathematics, Materials (SCIE) from 2012 to 2016. 2. Managing the journal Publications now, which is a open access journal in Scholarly Publishing area.

- Approve Journal transfer process. - Oversee and coordinate the evaluation of new journal title proposals.- Announce new editorial regulations and internal publication ethics issues.- Check the quality of the peer-review process and follow-up with the respective Editors- Coordinate the Publishers' work arrangement and hold the internal Publisher meeting

-Solve the ethical problems raised by Editors.-collect the cases from ethic committee members and Editors every month, maintain the case study database.-arrange Ethic Committee members to check papers randomly from every month and report the results to management. -launch the internal workshop for Publishing Ethics, internal training for Editors, external professional meeting.

Supervise MDPI Haidian office, including 95 staffs, 51 journals (12 SCIE journals).1. Coordinate with operation and management of Beijing Office; mainlyin charge of new staff training, monitoring workload, schedule,efficiency and quality control, also in charge of staff distributionand personnel change;2. Responsible for daily operation in Haidian Office;3. Propose suggestion on salary adjustment;4. Responsible for journal management, keep a well-organizeddevelopment.

• Execute marketing campaigns that support and facilitate successful editorial acquisitions for Science, Technology, and Medicine (STM) English-language books and journals programs in China • Play a central role in executing brand awareness campaigns and related activities in China, including the use of social media• Plan and execute e-mail campaigns to targeted researchers / potential authors on a regular basis • Cooperate closely with Beijing-based acquisitions editors in all STM fields• Cooperate with editorial colleagues to organize and present Springer’s STM product database (ebook collections, journal collections, and eproducts) at selected conferences• Manage abundant product exhibit displays at such conferences throughout China • Collaborate with partner organization in the execution of author workshops at appropriate universities, institutes, and other forums in China
