I am an academic specializing in People and Organizations. My research delves into employee well-being and performance, organizational leadership, the future of work, and employee behaviours. My recent projects have particularly focused on the career development of professional migrants and women in STEM and leadership. My research aims to develop high-performing systems through well-being-focused and inclusive organizational practices.In the academic sphere, I teach courses on the Future of Work, Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior.Prior to entering academia, I spent many years in the industry, where I managed people, projects, and operations in the Engineering field. This extensive experience in managing people and operations deeply informs my industry-focused research and teaching, allowing me to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications.
