Coordinated the online transition to Therap services for all documentation in the Waiver Department. Developed curriculum for direct care staff to improve their care and documentation. Presented at Therap's Annual Conference in Charlotte, NC. Also, designed computer literacy technical guides and classes to direct care staff. In addition to instructional design, I lead the Waiver Department in the complete transition to online documentation. I stood in as the Therap administrator until all staff were properly trained.

Case management for over 20 disabled adults on the Medicaid Waiver. Supervised over 50 supportive living staff of the disabled adults. Directed the Waiver Department in a paperless transition. Relocated and worked as a contractor after May.
