About Leila Lewis

I am a determined, self-motivated, multi-faceted individual with exceptional discipline and adaptability to work on my own or with a team. I realize the importance of looking at the big picture of any mission and giving special attention to the small things along the way that bring about quality in the finished product. My diverse interests and experiences help me to be flexible; mostly with the unexpected in the workplace and people with different backgrounds in and ever changing workforce. I am a recent graduate of University of Alabama in Birmingham with a B.S. in Industrial Distribution/ Engineering track. I'm proud to say that I graduated in the top twenty percent of my class, while having so many other things requiring my time during this journey. This is in hopes of making myself more marketable in finding a career with a company that I can grow with and use my expertise to help them increase as well.

Things that I studied in books while taking Engineering classes, came alive before my eyes on a daily basis. Not everyone is fortunate to experience what they have studied and I'm grateful for that. The maintenance mechanics turn worn rooms and empty spaces to something that appears freshly retail. It's a sight to see and it makes us all very proud. We all get to do it for our Veterans. I love being a part of Maintenance and Operations and working with the team I currently work with. Show less
