Currently seeking to capitalize on my significant experience in the field of Corporate Collections Management. This position will also provide me with opportunities to propose and execute automated processes to improve the efficiencies of scheduled reporting. Implement team building and assist with documenting and finalizing process and SOP's.Twenty year experience in B2B Collections, including reporting, forecasting , trend analysis and client interaction. Major accomplishments; responsible for impacting the reduction of uncollectibles from 25% to 6% in less than 1 year. Also personally responsible for building from the ground up the Credit & Collections SOP. With hard work, dedication and goal oriented drive, I was able to personally decrease a bad debt reserve by approx 35% within 6 months. I continue to decrease the same debt. Personally ran the entire Accounts Receivable Department after the supervisor, with very little notice, left the business for unknown reasons. I was able to facilitate questions, problem solve, work as a team and became the point of contact for A/R and various other internal departments until a new supervisor was hired. I then trained the imcoming supervisor. During this time period, continued to perform the Credit & Collections duties.My strengths include but are not limited to: a very strong knowledge of Microsoft, specifically Excel. I consider myself to be a very strong user, not quite a super user, but I learn quickly. I excel at reporting, trend analysis, record keeping, formulas, V lookups, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and Microsoft queries to name a few. Another would be Microsoft Word, including but not limited to, mail mergers, labels, proper business letter format. Full knowledge of Power Point. Creation and understanding of an Access Database. Experience with SAP, JDEdwards, Great Plains, DVI, Synergy and various other programs. I have professional and strong communication skills internally and with the customers.
