I lived and went to school in France until the age of nine - which gave me the opportunity to absorb both the French language and culture. I was home-educated for fifteen months travelling around Central and North America on a sailing boat with my family during 2003/2004. I love everything active and outdoors - and spend a lot of time walking my cocker spaniel with my husband (and business partner) Tom. Our mission is to do all we can to help protect our planet.In 2020 we founded Naked Sprout - The UK’s Most Sustainable Tissue Products. The first company in the UK to offer naked and unbleached bamboo tissue products. Delivered to your door. Our products help reduce deforestation and are free from bleach, plastic and harsh chemicals. Every Naked Sprout box gives a child in Kenya safe water at school for 1 year. We've supported over 216,000 children so far. In November 2021 we proudly became a Certified B Corp - with the highest score in our sector. We have eradicated fossil fuels from our manufacturing process and we are excited to keep disrupting the £40 billion global tissue market.Before this - after studying at The University of Exeter I went on to live and work in London for a management consultancy. In 2014 we founded AquaPhysical - and launched the world's first floating exercise class. AquaPhysical have now sold into over 60 countries and have a global fleet of 1,500+ FloatFit Instructors. Clients include DW Fitness First, the Royal Navy, GLL, Village Hotels, Virgin Active, Hilton, Holmes Place, AMAN Resorts, Center Parcs, Westin Hotels, YMCA and the US Army.Awards won:BQ Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year 2017NatWest Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2018Insider Emerging Exporter Award 2018
