I supervise staff that provide communication, event, development and volunteer support for on campus and off campus efforts led by the Campus Ministers. I also promote volunteer opportunities through individuals and churches in Franklin County and surrounding. I facilitate training and orientation for new volunteers and extra trainings for current volunteers. I organize special trainings, meetings, and events for volunteers.

With the help of a team of mothers and grandmothers we started this outreach and service to international mothers and their famlies. We hosted monthly meetings and trips for moms and children. I recruited and organized the team of volunteers and marketed our meetings to international mothers at OSU and surrounding areas.

Adjunct teacher for new college students. Teach signature course to help with retention of students. Goals are to improve academic study skills, and computer and software skills.

Represented the University to prospective undergraduate and graduate international students. Communication through telephone, in person, email, and group presentations. Supervised administrative projects and student staff. Held seminars on topics of Russian, South Korean, Turkish, and various other Educational Systems, Intrepreting Foreign Educational documents, Cross-Cultural Communication, Customer Service, and Applying to Graduate School.
