Define and manage BA processes and ways of working for project delivery with the Product, Design, Implementation, Project Management and Support teams. Manage the BA team performance and ensure regular training on the Kurtosys platform and products.- Business Analysis | Product Ownership: Understand the client requirements and define and document solutions using the Kurtosys platform and product suite. Data analysis and client data management using the Kurtosys API. Expert understanding of the Kurtosys platform and products as a Product Owner. Working with the Product team to develop product enhancements. Create the user stories and JIRA tasks and attend all ceremonies with the relevant teams to ensure successful project delivery. Train and educate clients on the Kurtosys platform and products. Work with the Support team when maintenance or enhancements to live projects is required.

Google Engage is a partner programme for web professionals that offer services to small and medium businesses. The programme is aimed at advertising agencies, design professionals, webmasters, SEO experts and IT consultants who want to offer their customers successful online promotion with measurable indicators.I developed the strategic objectives for the programme and managed its digital advertising and social media campaigns, member communications, member training and events.I managed the development and content for the Google Engage web portal, the central online hub for the programme.As part of the Marketing team I also ran local online marketing campaigns for Google AdWords and Google+ products and managed the international Google AdWords e-newsletter translated in over 24 languages.
