Feel like only the rhetoric has changed, the proposed solutions are not anywhere close to where they should be.Our challenge statement The magnitude, urgency and scope of the climate crisis require radical changes in society and an honest look at the transformation of lifestyles.Our inquiry How might we, a diverse community of sustainable behaviour change practitioners, transform ways of living? How can we create the conditions for radical changes in how we live?Our purposeWe exist to increase the number and ambition of interventions globally to create the conditions for lifestyles to adapt and reach a zero carbon footprint (which implies that we need to change the system). I joined him end of 2010 to turn this great idea into a structured project and a scalable organisation. Some of my key achievements: - create a sustainable and innovative economic & legal model- be a community developer myself then train community developers- co-launch and lead for 5 years the consulting community design activities under the name of CommonsSense, now makesense for corporates (see below)- build a culture of work, processes and governance for the organisation to be resilient, care for its members and community, stay true to the DNA of the organization.- design and build partnerships stretching over several years, raise funds at a national and international level and nurture strong relationships with our advisory board- help on the international rollout of the activitiesFrom 2015 to 2017, working from Hong-Kong, my 2 priorities were: the emergence of a collective leadership and the professionalization of the organization to be more resilient.After a gradual transition, I have stepped out from all my duties in March 2018. I launched with Caroline Delboy the first Disco Soupe in France, Paris. We adapted in France the Schnippel Disko we had attended in Berlin during a MakeSense event. I participated in launching the movement. I am now a big fan.Disco Soupe is a global movement that raises awareness on food waste by organizing collective peel/cut/cook event of unfit for sale fruits and vegetables.
