Ivee is a wonderful platform with an amazing purpose: closing the gender pay gap by empowering women returning to the workforce after a career break. Following relocation, I began consulting remotely for SMEs, leveraging my business acumen to support branding, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives. I work with customers in the UK and Argentina.

Together with a team of colleagues from other departments, we developed and executed an educational hands on project to start changing the organizational culture. We delivered sessions with a progressive combination of tools, such as self knowledge, processes and project management, sales techniques, etc. The aim was to empower people into creativity and action, plus internal networking. Over 60% of the company attended, but our measure of success were the many ideas, self organized teams, new processes, changes, and projects that people started to develop. This was one of the best projects I was ever involved in. #Experimentomadagascar

I was promoted from Jr. Manager to take up the UroOnco TA, managing the marketing strategy for Prostate Cancer, Incontinence and Paediatric Urology. Whilst in this position I began by analyzing the market barriers, working in cross teams with Access and Medical departments, and creating a strategy that would take into account all the stakeholders. We then prioritized actions, created the materials, trained our field force and generated new paths for growth. I worked very close to the sales team, getting permanent feedback from our key clients, and motivating the team. I also prepared the launch of two new products, a new innovative molecule and a new formulation. Both involved creating a new market and researching paths of action. Other tasks involved understanding the map of key customers, attending events, and creating sustainable relationships with all our stakeholders.

Sales Representative

I was elected by the members to be a Board Director, taking up Marketing as it is my main field of experitise. We recreated the website and social media, redesigned the materials for events, and cooperated in general communications, attending at the same time other issues with the rest of the board.

This course was directed to professionals looking to improve their leadership skills, working on emotional intelligence, creativity, diverse teams, and agility.
