I am a results-oriented environmental and science communication professional with more than a decade of experience in project management, outreach, capacity building, and network development for regional environmental projects. I am passionate about issues critical to our changing planet, specifically marine resource management, biodiversity protection, climate change adaptation, ocean plastic pollution, equality and social inclusion. I am an avid learner of design thinking principles and the intersection of art, science, and interactive learning to inspire action towards environmental protection. Prior to working in the development sector, I was a journalist in the Philippines and the United States.
