Leilani (Lani) Hilton has been an integral part of TMG, Inc. since December 2022. She initially joined as a Program Analyst and is currently serving as the Pennsylvania Talent Pipeline Program – Philadelphia Region Flag Leader. In this role, she oversees six Network Coaches and manages over 75 Employer Partners supporting the Defense Industrial BaseTMG, Inc. stands as a values-driven Program Management Services Company committed to Continuous Improvement. Leilani contributes to TMG's mission by analyzing, designing, developing, piloting, implementing, and transitioning Leader Performance and Workforce Productivity systems for companies across the United States and Canada. With a focus on analytical problem-solving, she connects people, technology, and innovation to modernize current paradigms into tomorrow's standards. A retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with over 24 years of Command and Control Operations experience, Leilani has held diverse roles, including Strategic Inspections Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Career Development Manager, Program Manager, and Senior Emergency Management Operations Manager. Her extensive military career includes numerous deployments in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, FREEDOM SENTINEL, and DELIBERATE RESOLVE.
