As a Virtual Docent, I use our Docent Health platform to contact thousands of patients across California and Arizona. By contacting patients at precise times throughout their healthcare journeys (specifically Cardiovascular, Maternity & Orthopedic journeys), I can guide them to education, hospital resources, screen post-discharge, and ensure that their care was satisfactory, if not excellent. I escalate any concerns that were not addressed, and collect feedback for health systems to encourage continual improvement.

Within Aspire's Transitions Program, I collaborated with a team of school psychologists, occupational therapists, and clinical psychologists to support and challenge teenagers and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnoses (or related profiles). By practicing the skills necessary to make social connections and enhance personal growth, our students gradually develop independence as they continue creating successful and fulfilling lives.

At the OCDI, I coached patients undergoing Exposure and Response Prevention treatment at the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute. I also co-led groups aimed at increasing mindfulness, targeting problematic thinking patterns, and decreasing unhealthy guilt.

At MTS, I organized undergraduate employees, kept track of technology on loan, and maintained a functional space for Boston College community members working on media projects.

I promoted sustainable tile manufacturing by being Fireclay Tile's "rockstar intern" for the summer of 2014! I tested online user experience, researched advertising platforms, edited blog copy, created spreadsheets, organized the show room, and stocked samples.

In order to enhance the link between past and present students, I publicized programs and promoted communications on behalf of Alumni and Parent Programs. I also collected senior gifts from my peers for the Annual Fund and helped throw the Senior Gift Party.

As a PA, I acted as a mentor for a range of personal and interpersonal endeavors in college life. Topics ranged from relationships and consent, to the dismantling of campus rape culture. I was trained to counsel and refer resources, handle a 24/7 phone hotline, and facilitate workshops. I also organized on-campus events and speakers highlighting enthusiastic consent, empowerment, and how to best support survivors of sexual assault.
