With an average of 1.1 Million policyholders and 1300 collaborators, Assura is one of the three largest health insurance in Switzerland.As a Business Controller, I was in charge of :- the Operational Department : 600 FTE- the HR & General Services Department : 60 FTEMain missions :• Establish a cooperative relationship between Controlling and all stakeholders• Building the Budget/Forecast in coordination with stakeholders : FTEs and costs (OPEX) - Bottom up and BBZ approach• Financial Monthly Closing and variance analysis vs Budget and Y-1• Using my skills and competences to improve existing processes and creating new ones. The main objectives is, at the same time, support the departments in their daily issues, implement internal control and improve efficiency. As for example : - Create an Excel tool allowing to follow a 12 months Rolling Forecast FTEs and calculate automatically the payroll. - Build a Productivity tool allowing the Departement to understand the productivity and actions to improve it, in collaboration with the Operations Department. (inspired by industrial concept) - Improve the current internal job request validation process in cooperation with the HR Department. - Develop the Lean & Financial mindset in operational department.

The company has 11 production sites in 8 countries and employs nearly 5,000 people in 50 countries.With a total of 150 employees, Bobst Latinoamerica do Sul Ltda is a manufacturing site managing the South America market, for Sheet-fed machines production, delivery and services.My principal mission is to make in place the function of Supply Chain - Production - Logistics Control (SPL) Controller in the local site in Brazil. • Creating a local process correlated with Financial Group planning in term of deliverables : Budget, Forecast and other annual deliveries. (Gantt) • Improve the efficiency and reliability of the information by defining the role and the timeline of each stakeholders and validating the source of information.The second important role in this position is to support the Department Responsibles' on strategical decision bringing to them my knowledge on reading the numbers and listing all the actions who can be done to improve the situation and consequently the KPIs.The last role is related to the routine SPL Controlling activities : • Support the P&L reporting • Building the Budget in coordination with stakeholders • Monthly Budget process management and variance analysis • Presentation of the monthly results to Group and definition of action plan • Monitor and benchmark product cost during regular production • Leader for correctives actions and internal control continuous improvement
