As a Managing Director of a tech-based company in the Digital Marketing industry, I have had the great opportunity to lead an amazing and ever-growing team within a fast-paced and dynamic environment where change was the only constancy. I have been challenged by talent retention, change, time and conflict management, M&A and Post Merger Integration, several critical technology migrations handled through an Agile process and coordinated internationally. I have had the incredible chance to travel and get to deep dive and collaborate with most European, American and South American markets. Apart from a year over year growth in turnover and EBIT, my biggest prides are all team related. For instance, I am very proud to have achieved stability and a “family spirit” in the team, decreasing its unsustainably high turnover drastically (from +50% YoY down to >10% YoY) based on a 2 year plan. During almost 13 years, I have first been able to focus and develop my own emotional intelligence and managing skills and then had the invaluable luck to accompany others develop theirs. As a servant and conscious leader working towards empowerment and self-management, the team has been one of my main focus.
