After moving to London and investing time in training and studying food photography and food styling, I started Secret Flavours. As a consultant, I help restaurants, chefs and authors with data analysis and reports to design sales and communication strategies, develop standard processes and software selection. I also help them to define and achieve their goals, by creating content for the web and print through professional photography and food styling services.Achievements: increase the selling by 25% in 5 months for a client, by putting together an improvement plan.• Data Analysis: Analyse the historical selling data using a .cvs file to discover the most popular recipes, using some data analysis tools, as cleaning data, pivot tables and report preparation.• Business Analysis: Analyse and design the AS-IS business workflow, gathering requirements and business rules and design the new website workflow and screens, incorporating identified improvements opportunities.• Research: Test and develop 50 new recipes, including photography and food styling images for recipe cards, social media and website.• Communication: Create a communication plan with actions to achieve the increase in sales.

Focusing on simple and traditional Brazilian food from Minas Gerais - a region well known for its French culinary influence - Blog da Leili is an online publication I have been writing since 2009. As the editor, I am responsible for developing recipes, food styling, food photography and content production for the web and social media channels. I also collaborate with print and online media brands such as Google Plus, Westwing Magazine and other local magazines and newspaper in editorial projects.Recently, I launched my first recipe book: Cheiro Verde and I'm working on an online cooking course to offer to my audience in Brazil.

I was hired as a consultant by Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) to work with the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Education in the Brazilian Federal Government as part of a team dedicated to strategic monitoring and process improvement, and my main activities were: • Process Analysis: Process analysis, process improvement and workflow documentation. Requirements gathering and process mapping workshops to map the As-Is and To-Be processes. Conduct workshops in collaboration with other consultants and departments to identify pain points and consolidate improvement opportunities, as well as establish new process architecture design, prepare and monitor action plans to implement it as a team project.• Data Mining and Cleaning: Extract, clean and analise the data the AS-IS processes, gathering information and intelligence to identify improvement opportunities and define strategic actions.• Data Visualisation: Analytical data study and technical documents preparation such as work procedures, plots, maps, reports and presentations to showcase plans, projects, papers, results and key performance indicators.• Strategic Planning and Monitoring: Monitor the strategic goals of National Education Politic (PNE) and promote actions to guarantee the delivery of goals set on the strategy number 12, related to Graduation Supervision Programs and strategy number 19, that establish the concept of democratic educational management of the Brazilian national educational system.• Stakeholder Management: Liaising with senior stakeholders to collaborate and develop KPI's to monitor Brazil's National Education Plan.

• Business Analysis and Strategic Planning and Monitoring: Lead a team of business analysts, my role was to conduct a strategic program to design complete value chain and end to end process of the unified national high school students Evaluation (Enem), applied to 4,5 millions of Brazilian students every year in 1.727 different cities. • Business Process Modelling and Compliance: Establish standards for process mapping, guiding the team to deliver high-quality documentation, including process data analysis and a list of improvements identified based on historical data and pain points to help the foundation following compliance regulations.

As a member of the Business Processes and Quality team, I had the opportunity to work and develop different skills and projects, as:• Business Process Modelling: for Market Intelligence, Marketing Solutions and Decision Analytics departments to maintain the service quality standard certification ISO 9001.• Process and Data Analysis: Analyse business processes data and deliver improvement plans for Legal Advisory, Billing and Data Management to acquire a new service quality certification.• BPM Governance: Specification, testing and management of BPM governance software developed in Sharepoint.• Quality and Compliance: Intern auditing and improvement projects for ISO 9001 quality certification acquisition and maintenance, to guarantee the adherence to risks and compliance regulations.

As a process analyst of FUNCEF, one of the 5 biggest pension funds in Brazil, my work was:• Business Process and Data Analysis: Lead a 2 year strategic project of business process management and corporative intelligence with a team of 4 analysts and a specialised consultancy to analyse and implement process improvements for systems and IT. As a result, we design the value chain and process architecture, with more than 200 process models and 375 improvement opportunities identified. • BPM Governance: Delivered a process maturity model based on workshops with the leadership to prioritise and establish the action plans to implement the improvements. Guardian of the Value Chain, Process Architecture, and organisational structure matrix and charts documentation.• Process Implementation: Strategic Lead award winning process transformation initiative to drive the adoption of digital document management system. It was developed in SharePoint and adopted by all departments of the company, including in external communications with clients, partners and customers.

I worked in IT as a quality and process analyst with incident and change management processes . My responsibilities were: • IT Governance: Contributed to IT functions, focusing on quality and process analysis, incident and change management, infrastructure planning, and service requests via ARS (Remedy).• Reports: Prepared quality standard procedures and reports on key performance indicators.• Compliance: Guardian and update of the quality and ISO certifications documents and processes, as well as internal process audits.
