Project Management: - Managed multiple large-scale processing export cases for the United States and Japan, lead for tasks including shop drawing confirmation, packaging design, contract issuing, sales, and quotation organization. - Assisted in the implementation of the ESG project 2023. - Project management of all international trade shows during 2022-2023.3. Data Management and System Development: - Independently established a leftover material's inventory database system, increasing the utilization of leftover materials by more than 300%.4. Product and Equipment R&D: - Between 2022 and 2023, independently developed four quartz stone products, raising the price by approximately 200%. - Participated in the development of automated machines. Developed automated software, assisted in issuing PLC contracts, increased output, and reduced manpower dependency. - On behalf of the company, I cooperated with the Industrial Technology Research Institute and Atmospheric Plasma to develop plasma equipment and developed a pattern matching system to construct product design SOPs. - Currently working on the development of automated handling equipment. 5. Training and Instruction: - Responsible for training on the operation of 5-axis waterjet equipment, automatic edge grinding machines, etc.6. Graphic Design and Marketing: - In charge of designing the product catalogs of QJuartz for 2022 and 2023, as well as the 2023 product catalog for Mikado Quartz.
