Now it serves as a holiday escape or retreat for artists seeking tranquility. My main role here is to welcome guests to Peralta and provide all they need to ensure their stay is both restorative and unforgettable. I also provide tourist information about the surrounding areas, assist with organising tours, assist with car/scooter rental, provide transport information both around Tuscany and Italy, I clean and prepare rooms and meals, maintain gardens and the onsite art gallery. I also produce marketing content and assist with social media channels.

For years I had wanted to do a photo essay from within Iran, when I found this position I applied immediately. Working at Negaar allowed me to live in a small desert village surrounded by the most incredible natural wonders while learning about the endless hospitality and generosity of Persian culture. In my role at Negaar, I was required to take guests on tours of the surrounding areas, manage social media accounts and produce marketing content for social media channels.
