As Director of Operation’s for the National Management Consulting Division my role had two primary responsibilities: - Supporting the Divisional National Managing Partner and Executive Team to develop, communicate and execute the divisional strategy and supporting initiatives in alignment with the firms strategy. - To support the Divisional COO to oversee and manage business performance and operational functions.
