With an annual turnover of $30m+ derived from 55% leisure/rooms revenue (B2C), 19% Conference/Events (B2B), 22% Food and Beverage and 8% from other revenue sources (spa and golf). Responsible for the Sales and Marketing P&L, my role was to lead the marketing strategy for the hotel and develop plans including promotion through paid, owned and earned channels, data driven sales conversion approaches and branding delivery in line with Crowne Plaza corporate brand guidelines. Key successes:• Business case, website development and ultimate launch of new microsite increasing traffic from 17k users per month to 53k per month• Appointed a digital agency and launched an annual digital marketing campaign delivering a 81:1 ROI • Launch of the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley app which included room service POS (point of sale) integration that delivered +42% revenue uplift• Successfully built trusted advisor relationships with managing multiple stakeholders (owner, leadership team and IHG Corporate) • Created an insight driven creative campaign - Little Moments (see featured work for example). -
