• Manage office areas and collaborate with other departmental managers to meet company objectives• Process all incoming orders onto database and confirm receipt to customer and sales team• Coordinate dispatch and delivery of shipments• Support sales team with all enquiries and marketing material• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics, imports and exports and customer issues• Manage customer service & logistical tasks• Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting and shipping• Implement and maintain departmental procedures• Support other departments with any courier or logistical assistants• Ensure Import Permits are in place and current• Manage departmental diary • Maintain and update database• Run database reports for distribution to sales team and international management• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation and customer service logs• Assist with documentation writing, departmental processes and procedures• Reconcile orders, process invoices and manage departmental budgets• Ad hoc office duties if required
