About Leisha Delgado

As the founder and CEO of Hello Solutions, I connect results-driven mortgage servicers and investors with experienced, innovative default law firms that exemplify these qualities, so they can expand their portfolios and improve default performance.I've spent the bulk of my 20-year career creating synergies and improving performance to support strategic growth. I began my career in the Servicing industry as a project manager for Nationwide Title Clearing, working with top lenders and loan servicers. Later, as an executive in the default technology space, I discovered the huge void that exists between mortgage servicers and law firms that specialized in mortgage defaults. In 2017, I founded Hello Solutions to bridge this void by forging partnerships between servicers and select, customer-centric law firms that support all aspects of defaults, from foreclosures (residential and commercial) to bankruptcies, evictions, loss mitigation, title curative, settlement management and REOs. The law firms that Hello Solutions represents are passionate about helping default servicing teams overcome their challenges, reduce costs, expanding portfolios and increase market share.
