Since 2006, our 'People First' approach has empowered individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed - developing confident leaders, thriving teams and high-performing organisations.My role is Member Services, supporting our open, collaborative community and sharing tools and insights to help leaders, teams, and individuals connect, collaborate, and innovate. I'm also responsible for managing our suite of DIY products which put our expertise into your hands to make change happen. Deliver real outcomes in team-building (Collaborizza, the team-building workshop in a pizza box), better conversations (Leadership and Resilience Cards) and hybrid working (Digital Team Builder).And I'm an admin queen (process innovator), responsible for managing our community (database, communications, and subscriptions), events, monthly e-newsletter and coaching/tools updates, and social media. I also coordinate our programs, including Innovation Coaching, the Hargraves Innovator Awards, Innovation Mindset, Women @ Work, Connected Leader, Collaborative Circles and Innovation Analysis & Development.Wearing my Office Manager hat, I'm responsible for coordinating custom projects, managing our communications and social media, and making the back office hum.
