I have worked as an IT Analyst, a Technical Analyst, a Macintosh Solutions Consultant, and a Sales Consultant, among other roles, in different sectors and environments.My core competencies include ERP management, sales operations, remote user support, customer service, training, marketing, translation, and workshops. I have also earned the Apple Sales Professional certification. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production Engineering, and have a Bachelor degree in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), IT for Business.
