Integrated in Quality Assurance team, as leader, I've been working in different projects, in analysis, tests and training phases: - TRS/COM - Itim's ERP for middle-tier retailers, in Customer Order Management and Warehousing module, I was responsible for creation and running test cases, functional and technical, and validate analysis specifications. - TSB - The Supplier Billing, a Purchase Orders Management Module, I was responsible for tests phase, participate in training phase and in UAT in "Angeloni Supermercados", Brazil.Recently, I was responsible for analysis in this product for Makro, Brazil. - Zygon - Product Information Management, I was responsible for tests phase, participate in training phase and in UAT in "Angeloni Supermercados", Brazil. - BIO - Itim's Business Inteligence analysis tool, I was responsible for tests phase, participate in product design, in training phase and in UAT in "Angeloni Supermercados", Brazil. - IPO - Itim's Profit Optimization tool, regular and promotional prices, I was responsible for tests and training phases and UAT in 2 clients in Brazil - Angeloni and Makro - and one in Argentina - Makro.For all these products, I was also responsible for all customer documentation and products guides,functional documents updates and Functional Requirements Documents for a new specification inIPO in Angeloni and TSB in Makro.

Integrated in Alert Development UI team, I mainly developed screens for Alert application, working with Design and Analysis team.
