CurrentRepresent Project RESET in the community by doing outreach work for the program and assisting tenants with rental assistance. Funded over $1,323,280.00 in processing claims under the program. Provide only the highest level of customer service to all inquiring parties regarding Project Reset and its outreach to the community.Verify accuracy of tenant information and request revisions/updates as needed and complete excel worksheets for all orders.Respond to all inquiries regarding Project RESET parameters, eligibility, and program timelines.Provide technical assistance to any applicant that need assist in completing their application, court documents, third-party vendor documents and funding.Explain documentation requirements to include citation of acceptable types of documents, ability to meet deadlines for funding approval. Provide application status updates for both tenants and landlords and upper management.Forward request for additional information to Project Manager.Document day-to-day to day tasks in Customer Service Management System for payment, tracking history and the process for tenants. Knowledge of Neighborly Software Systems for tracking and updating all data.Review invoice, Assist Tenants with General Ledgers documents to verify tenant rental history for payment. Cisco Service System, manage calls in the compacity of over 50+ calls a day.Provide excellent customer service skills to tenants in crisis situations with a calm and caring manner. Knowledge in MS Office and standard business software tools.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Resolve customer complaints via phone and/or email.Ability to work effectively in a team setting and assist with cross functional departments contributing to the team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experienced in general office duties including copying, scanning, and filing.
