For 30 years I have led teams of people doing great things. I can look back with pride at a handful of team successes and quite a few failures. I've learned from them all. My current role is Scrum Master with Biolumic, a biotech startup. I am a servant leader with a background in project and people management.I've learned more in the last three years than ever. I've become a certified scrum master, a certified change practitioner, and a certified facilitator. But, it's only outside my comfort zone, that I've learned how brilliant the agile and change management frameworks, models, and tools are - in particular, the Scrum framework and the ADKAR model for individual change. I've had the opportunity to put those frameworks and techniques to good use by helping people to confront difficult problems, make better decisions, and deliver more value.
