I put my facilitation and agile scrum skills to work to help people and teams reach their goals. I make it easier and more fun to learn and make great decisions together. I coordinate and coach the change management and agile communities at PNCC. I'm a bit of an agile, scrum, and change management geek, but always in the service of helping the people.

I facilitated the development of a digital transformation roadmap for PNCC and ran successful hackathons to solve problems that matter to PNCC and the community we serve.

I managed teams working on culture and heritage digital projects in Wales. Projects included Gathering the Jewels, Their Past Your Future (Wales), Books from the Past, Community Archives Wales and Glaniad. Projects were funded by bids to funding bodies such as HLF and Communities First and the Welsh Assembly Government.

I was responsible for all aspects of digitisation and metadata for this all-Wales digitisation start-up. It now has 130 partners including most libraries, archives and museums in Wales.

I developed the first digitisation strategy for the National Library in 2000. I set up the digitisation studio and developed standards and processes for digitisation of heritage objects. I managed a team responsible for preservation microfilm, digitisation and photography
