• Design, launch and development of a mobile payment solution which was launched in May 2016 under the name “Mobicash”. I managed to establish the right partnerships with the Tunisian Banks and SMT, the National bank switch. I supervised the design and launch of the first cobranded prepaid Mastercard for the unbanked population and secured the agreement with the issuing bank to sell the card in Ooredoo stores.• Implementing a strategy for new revenue-generating services. Launch of mobile services: P2P, G2P, P2G, micro-credit, micro-insurance, international remittance • Design and promotion of the interoperability across all banks, national POST and Mobile Operators to boost the Mobile Payment ecosystem and Digital Payments to achieve Financial Inclusion.• I participated to Tunisian studies and strategies around M-payment, Digital payments and financial inclusion with Central bank, World Bank, CGAP, CAWTAR, Ministry of Finance and GSMA.• Member of Central Bank Commission around M-Payment and Financial Inclusion: I contributed to the reports issued by the commission• Member of Central Bank Commission around Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies: I organized seminars at Central Bank with world blockchain experts, from Europe.

• In charge of Machine to Machine (IOT), Mobile Financial services (MFS) and M-Health development and strategy. Managed a VAS Fund for innovative projects (2010 to 2011)• Launch of Tunisiana applications Store and M-education services called “Najja7ni”, and an mJobs service called “Najja7ni emploi”.• Design, development and launch of “Mobiflouss” (May 2012) service, a Mobile Payment solution, with more than 750K subscriptions and nearly 400K regular active users.
