• Oversee all pharmacy operations related functions for 27 pharmacies - Labor management, training, pharmacy standards, and inventory management• Provide data driven insights to improve pharmacy operations • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying gaps and opportunities and providing technical training and coaching - Monitor progress and performance• Analyze and manage pharmacy financials by identifying cost reduction and process improvement opportunities

• Publish and manage weekly schedules for 67 pharmacists to cover all pharmacy operating needs• Provide coverage for 105 locations across Denver Metro and Northern Colorado• Reduce labor cost by over $400,000 and reduce overtime scheduling to previous year by 20%• Monitor third party billing and investigate inconsistencies

• Perform daily tasks to assist Pharmacists and provide excellent customer service accurately and efficiently: - Processing, dispense and labeling prescriptions - Maintaining records and monitor inventory - Respond to requests from patients and healthcare providers• Manage and oversee technician and intern workflow - assist and provide guidance - Develop and communicate strategies to increase productivity and improve operations• Comply with rules, regulations, and processes to ensure a clean and efficient pharmacy
