Part of the EY Data & Analytics advisory practice as Manager Consultant I have been involved on several projects having different roles such as :- Business Strategic Analyst (directly reporting to a Vice President)- Project Manager- Data Analyst- Functional analyst- Stream leader (a team > 5 people)The recent projects (while applying SCRUM framework) I have been involved on were related to :(1) Compliance remediation project for a major payment institution;(2) DataLake implementation for a main consumer finance institution; and(3) Datawarehouse implementation for one of the largest insurers in Belgium; and(4) Robotics Process Automation project for an insurer in Belgium.Sectors : Banking, Insurance, Payment Institution and Consumer Finance

SimCorp is a leading provider of investment management software solutions and services for the global financial industry. Their software (SimCorp Dimension) supports and empowers global asset managers to mitigate risk, reduce cost and enable growth all along the value chain, now and in the future. On a project for a reassurance company based in Paris during 1,5 years and directly reporting to the CFO, I was in charge of analyzing the business processes and transposing them into the platform (by configuring or developing new features in the system) while ensuring the change management activities (training, aftercare,…). In addition I was providing IT support through the tool for their annual closing and helping them producing their accounting figures.Sectors : Asset Management, Reinsurance
