I have multiple certifications in Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), which enable me to apply best practices and strategies in hiring and retaining diverse talent. I also leverage my skills in applicant tracking, boolean search, and candidate selection to deliver quality services to our clients and candidates.My interest in collaboration and cross-cultural exchange stems from my education background in International Relations and Affairs, which I obtained from the International University of Sarajevo in 2020. I also gained valuable experience in working and traveling in the USA, where I met people from different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives, and learned how to work in a team and cope with daily challenges independently. These experiences have prepared me to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, and to pursue new business relations and opportunities.
