Through sharing knowledge and feedback, cross-functional collaboration, implementing processes using data driven insights, and challenging the status quo are a few ways that I've been able to successfully manage key accounts at ApplyBoard.As a leader in the Customer Experience division, I'm very proud to work so closely with the teams that manage the application journey, as well as the Partner Client Managers who manage the relationships with our partner institutions. We ensure that our internal operations are meeting the needs and expectations of our partners through sharing knowledge of the market, feedback from our customers and achieving shared goals across various destinations.
