Represent the Customer Experience team while working with external clients to inform them on ApplyBoard's innovative solutions as well as share market knowledge.Internally representing the voice of the schools and partner institutions by sharing market feedback, trends that we see within admissions and recruitment cycles, as well as advise on best practises to inform internal decision and strategy.
