Poole and Associates Consulting is a boutique Healthcare consulting firm serving small to mediums sized HCOs. We primarily provide strategic, operational and financial guidance for these firms, particularly as it relates to the performance demands associated with the ACA. Our latest venture has centered on analyzing firm performance by creating deliverables to include strategic and operational plans, financial ratio analyses and proformas for critical access hospitals. We also conduct independent engagements in physician group practice, strategic management and physician professional development of managerial and strategic skills. We develop cultural-competence modules and workshops for HCOs. Because of our experience in the Long-Term Care space(LTC), particularly my experience with Trinity Health, we are positioned to consult LTC organizations on the challenges that revolve around physical plant optimization, access to capital markets, and consumer preferences and trends.
