(Trenching , Laying duct, backfilling, blowing,splicing and testing).Responsible for planning, implementation, Splicing and Testing of fiber cable.Assign and manage human and capital resource.Prepare budget for the project.Implement control system leading to efficiency and performance.Ensure quality on deliverables.Manage business relationships with client through regular interaction via client meeting and conference.Guide team on technical issues and on processes adherence.Manage internal / external escalations and communication.Carry out periodic operations review with client and follow up plans.Responsible for account management and revenue enhancement initiatives.Study and analyze using OTDR meter, laser and power meter, ANRITSU site master on fiber optic testing.Responsible for monitor, review and communicate progress to stakeholders, including progress reports, status (milestones) issues / resolution, resource allocation.Prepared methodology, control and delivery process knowledge to achieve result and able to come up with out box solution.
