I started working at Media Works (Gazeta Express) in 2006 in the position of marketing and administration agent. From 2008, I transitioned to the role of agribusiness analyst at PCB, and later in 2010, I worked as a sub branch manager at the Banka Ekonomike e Kosovës. Since 2016, I have taken on the role of Claim Director of Privat Health Department at SIGAL Uniqa Kosovo.Over the years, I have attended numerous training sessions related to risk assessment, financial analysis for loans, sales techniques, staff management, workplace safety, and health. During this time, I have gained experience in managing staff, departments, as well as client portfolios. Additionally, I have been involved in portfolio improvement, education, and enhancing internal work processes.Positive energy, a desire for improvement, and commitment to achieving goals are qualities that characterize me. I have consistently shown initiative, taken responsibility, and accountability for every task. Flexibility and adaptability are values I have developed over the years, adjusting to various changes and challenges.My experience at SIGAL Uniqa Kosovo, Banka Ekonomike e Kosovës, ProCredit Bank, and Gazeta Express has given me the opportunity to influence process improvements and contribute to their digitization.
