I have experience in management, consumer service, and sales. From my previous job at Roasting Water, I was in charge of managing my shift. Not only was I managing my shift, I was also selling mugs and drinks to customers. I have learned that a customer's perspective can greatly affect how you sell a product. Furthermore, the various courses that I have taken at California State University, Long Beach have taught me how a consumer behaves and act. Not only have these courses given me insight on the complex brain of a consumer, it has given me experience on how to read verbal and nonverbal behavior. I am constantly trying to learn more about market behavior and consumers.
