Founding Head of 6th form BSME and Career counsellor. Worked as a Vice Principal, freelance Education Consultant for British-IGCSE/American-CCSS and CBSE curriculum schools. Earlier to this was the Team Lead- Head of English for all the four Phases (Kindergarten/Primary/Middle/and Sec School-Whole School) in an International School. English instructor for the last 24 years in various international schools. In my present assignment, I am entrusted to cater all the CPDs, teacher training and mentoring, meeting KHDA expectations and recommendations. Well versed with KHDA/SPEA indicators and have raised the indicators of the dept and the school to the next level in a noticeably short time. Well versed in writing SEF and SIP.KHDA and SPEA approved. Taught the AP (Advanced Placement) Course for the 12th Grade students in the American Academy ISG Dammam-KSA. I also designed the 12th Grade Advance Placement English Literature and Composition syllabus for ISG-Dammam which was acknowledged by the American College Board. My strengths are in differentiation right from the Learning centers in KG to Literature and Language in Year 13 or Grade 12, writing SEF (KHDA), lesson planning and delivering catering to both high, average and learners with difficulties. I have also completed my TESOL Course with an A in all fields. I have completed my IB Training in Category 2 for English A Language and Literature and PGDE. I have been working with SOD students for 10 years and have helped them grow both academically and personally with a variety of techniques. I have an undergrad in Science and Masters in English Literature and Language with an MEd in Leadership Management. I have also been the MUN Director (Model United Nation) and Trainer of my school The curriculum which I am well versed with is American, British, IGCSE,GCSE,SABIS.ICSE and CBSE. I was also teaching the AP (Advanced Placement) students in the American Academy back in Saudi Arabia in ISG-International School's Group. I have attended conferences (NESA, TARA, etc) and lectures in various aspects of teaching which has helped me enhance myself professionally.Apart from teaching assignments, have been part of the Leadership team like Team Lead of the English Dept (HOD), teacher-parent council, examination controller for junior school, school representative for excursions, lead for National Honour Society. I have also lead a year group as the Head of Year.
