As a Director at Bespoke Partners, I help build the executive teams for private equity-backed software companies with a focus on C-level placements in product, technology (engineering & IT), and finance. Prior to Bespoke, I was a part of the Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice at Accenture where I led change management and talent strategy initiatives on large business transformation projects through all stages of the software development lifecycle. In these roles, I created and delivered an end-to-end change strategy and roadmap helping my clients prepare and successfully adapt to change in their organization.
