Part of the Biological Defense Research Directorate (BDRD) supporting Global Emerging Infections Surveillance & Response System programs (GEIS) and global biological Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) programs. Trained on implementation of ISO 17043 and ISO 17025.Designed and implemented a training program for laboratory technicians in partner countries on Biosafety cabinet use, sample handling, SOP development, laboratory management practices, diagnostic PCR, diagnostic qPCR, and diagnostic ELISA assays.

* Developed ELISA assays to test raw material quality: ascites for PSSAs (Phospho-site specific Antibodies) and monoclonal antibodies from tissue culture supernatant. * Optimized tissue culture workflow and wrote SOPs for large scale monoclonal antibody development under ISO/FDA standards* Developed and performed a troubleshooting protocol for the antibody purification process for PSSAs
