Human Resources Information System Analyst
Current• Process data maintenance actions such as new hires, salary adjustments, organizational changes• Perform root cause analysis procedures on technical issues and developed effective resolutions for problems• Work with functional areas to identify roles project reporting structures and frequency of interaction• Coordinate projects and system maintenance activities across multiple systems and business domains• Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application upgrade or fixes• Troubleshoot incidents reported by end-users to schedule system changes and identify permanent solutions• Collaborate with upper management to drive strategy and implement new processes• Communicate and explain business requirements to team members to understand and implement functional demands
