In charge of data entry for a remote Energy company, I worked closely with their sales and administrative teams. My duties included working remotely on multiple projects on various computer softwares such as Sigma Computing, Oracle and NetSuite. Helping the company with customer sales and branching was a main focus while also finding and fixing bugs in the company’s software for better and more accurate service.

This position allowed me to connect with locals and tourists in conversations about the city which opened up new ways to offer products. Being able to match cocktails, spirits and wines with entrees our patrons would love after getting to know them in a short amount of time became a great success for me and the restaurant.

Starting as a barback and server, I have worked with Oak for many years to become one of their top employees behind the bar and on the floor. Using my customer service and restaurant experience, I was able to move up fast building clients with a friendly demeanor to give a pleasant dining experience even during our busiest nights.

Worked as a lead in the office, on the phones and also at the front desk booking appointments and working with customers one on one. When not on the phones or with clients, my main responsibility was being in charge of data entry for the company. Recording daily sales of each individual item and service accurately and swiftly using excel spreadsheets and microsoft office along with other data entry softwares.

Became one of the top selling sales associates during my time working. In charge of stocking and restocking inventory all while keeping track of each item that went in and out of the store, with the number of sales generated comparing them to the year before. I have worked with many customers to help find a significant style unique to them while creating opportunities to connect with each client which resulted in having long-term clients for the company.

As a supervisor for their education department I worked closely on set, with actors and the children/teens who were a part of the program and assisted in various acting classes. Also worked in the office where I was given daily routine tasks such as entering data via excel, creating the show summaries through Microsoft word for their upcoming shows on and yearly line-up and also updating the website for the 5th Avenue Theatre.
