• Oversaw day-to-day operations of the Buffalo, NY, North Eastern U.S. Sales Office. Led and supervised sales staff of four.• Impacted business three consecutive years by 35%, 25% and 10% respectively when enlisted as the District Sales Manager to lead the Buffalo, NY office; accomplished goals by comprehensively overhauling the sales dynamics and infrastructure. • Direct account call for Wegman’s, Penn Traffic, Giant, Olean Wholesale, C&S, Will Poultry, Deli Boy, Giant Ahold, Weis, Walmart and many others. • Managed Pricing, budgeting, hiring, P&L accountability, and product development. Successfully organized and attended food shows. • Increased DSD sales for a distributor from $100,000 to $3.5 million annually by coordinating and facilitating a business relationship with the Distributor and customer that required negotiating terms and conditions and assembling a sales team to call on stores. The business grew from 13 to 118 stores and increased distributors fivefold. Orchestrated the vision and the infrastructure that allowed the company to increase business with Wal-Mart; sales of $100,000 increased to $1 million in 12 months.
